Side zip pockets, mesh pockets (for things like water bottles) and zip pockets on padded waist straps. PLEASE NOTE minor issues due to age/previous use: plastic sheet inside back is partially cracked. Hidden behind fabric so not visible-I’d probably slap on some duct tape and call it good to go! . Corded part on zipper pull of a waist pocket missing. Entire silver zipper pull missing on one zipper of large compartment. Inside of both side zip pockets is flaking off.
